Care Aroma delivers across the UAE.
We provide delivery within all seven emirates:

International Shipping
Care Aroma does not offer international shipping.
We currently deliver only within the United Arab Emirates. Orders cannot be shipped or delivered outside the UAE.

We offer free delivery across the UAE for orders above AED 199.
Dubai Orders Above AED 99
Customers in Dubai can receive free delivery on orders above AED 99.
Orders Outside Dubai Below AED 199
For orders outside Dubai with an order value below AED 199, a shipping charge will apply.
The applicable shipping charge will depend on the order and delivery location.
4. Delivery and Installation
For products that require installation, Care Aroma technicians will deliver the product and provide the required installation service free of charge.
Our technicians will:
- Deliver the product to the provided address.
- Assist with the required installation.
- Help ensure the product is ready for use.
Customers do not need to arrange a separate installation service for products covered by our installation service.
5. Delivery Attempts
Care Aroma will make up to two delivery attempts for each order.
If the delivery cannot be completed during the first attempt, our team will make another delivery attempt.
Customers should ensure that the delivery address and contact details provided during checkout are correct and that someone is available to receive the order.
